By popular request, here is a simple but effective free advertising system that will get results if you work it every day! Simply follow the steps to set it up, open the tabs every day and let it do its thing. Free autosurf advertising is not statistically the most effective, but it's FREE! Any results you get are with virtually no effort whatsoever after the initial setup.

7 Things All Internet Users Should Know and Do!

1. Update your computer frequently. Microsoft Windows has an Automatic Update Feature, this should be turned on and used. Microsoft does their best to keep their updates constant and helpful.

2. ALWAYS use a Firewall.... My personal favorite is ZoneAlarm. There is a FREE version which can be downloaded at http://zonelabs.com

3. Run Frequent virus scans.... My favorite virus protection is AVG, a free version can be downloaded from http://free.grisoft.com This has kept me virus free for about 4 1/2 years on the internet, has never missed a virus or not been able to remove one.

4. Clean your computer of Spyware and Adware.... http://lavasoft.com has a FREE ad/spyware remover called Adaware, it works great, you'd be surprised sometimes at what sorts of junk your computer can pick up just browsing the web.

5. Keep your Cookies, Temp Files, Etc cleaned out at LEAST once a week! A good program to use is CleanUp... a free download which can be found at: http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/ (note: this does NOT clean out ALL of the files you need cleaned out, to clean out your Cookies, click Start.... Search.... Type in Cookies, some folders will show up, open them all and delete EVERYTHING except the Index file.... You should also go through your "My Documents" folder periodically and remove anything you no longer need)

6. Keep your desktop free of CLUTTER.... Save everything into the My Documents folder, by having things on your desktop this uses up a LOT of your resources when you start your computer up You should really only have the shortcut to your My Documents folder, My Computer, Recycle Bin and depending on your computers operating system Network Connections (Remember... I am going by Microsoft Windows). Put all the shortcuts you use frequently into your "Quick Launch" tool bar

7. USE YOUR SELECTIVE STARTUP! You will be AMAZED at how much JUNK is on your computer that starts itself up whenever the computer starts up, This KILLS your resources and really makes your computer run horribly. In order to fix this... Go to Start then Run and type in MSCONFIG and hit Go. Click on Startup.... You will see a list of Files/Programs with Check Boxes in front of each one. Probably quite a few of them have checks. Uncheck everything except the things you absolutely need (It has been awhile since I have used anything other than Windows XP, the only things I have checked on mine are AVG, Instant Buzz (a marketing tool), ZoneAlarm, and Callwave. Everything else must be started manually, this really saves on your resources)

(Note: These tips are just that, tips, They are things that have worked for me in the past, but I make NO guarantees that they will work for you or that certain steps above may not result in damage to or complications with your Computer. You should always consult a computer specialist when changing any of the default settings on your computer if you are not 100% positive you know what you are doing)

Step 2: Go and open an account at Track That Ad to get your free url rotator.

Step 3: Subscribe to a free membership in some or all of the following traffic sites. You probably already belong to at least one of them, but now enroll in some of those you have not yet joined. It would be wise to begin with just a few and then add others as you see the machine working. Of course, there are many other auto surf programs but because those listed are all sister sites and use identical formats, they are very easy to manage. I have found that mixing programs does not work nearly as well.

Step 4: Clicking on each of the programs below will take you to their sign up pages. Then select "join" on the tool bar. As you sign up for each of these programs you will need to input your website/splashpage urls that will be shown as people surf the sites. Make sure to use your Track That Ad rotator url for all the sites that allow rotators. Log-in to Track That Ad and set your splash pages and any other pages you may have in rotation. By directing all of your traffic programs to Track That Ad if you ever have to change your links, it's much easier to change them once in your rotator than changing all the links in each of the programs! Sometimes an autosurf site will not be rotator friendly, so you may have to ad your urls separately in some of them. Usually the admin of the site will let you know.

Step 5: Open an email folder for each of the programs, so you can keep a record of details from each.

Step 6: a. Once you have received your confirmation emails, go to each site and change your password to one with which you are familiar and

not too long. For convenience, click on the names listed above again to find their sites quickly.

b. Also make a note of each surfing URL. Record them on paper or on a separate page for easy reference.

(You will find your surfing URL half-way down on the right hand side of the page when you login to your account).

Step 7: Open Firefox and enter each surfing URL in the address bar. Be sure to click "ENTER" after each entry. After you click "ENTER", you will see the program take its place in the group. Enter only the SURFING URLs. Nothing else will work. Each program should have its own tab so that they are all open at the same time.

Step 8: When you have entered your choice of programs in Mozilla Firefox, click "Bookmark All Tabs". Give the group a name and click "OK".

All you need do when you want to start your machine is open Firefox, first click "Bookmarks" and then click the name you have chosen (open in tabs). The machine will immediately spring to life and you will be earning hits to your website.

For a small monthly fee you can upgrade each site and multiply the number of hits. However, this is NOT required.

The free machine should give you at least 2,600 hits per hour but if you upgrade some
or all of the sites you will earn many more than that. The free programs award you an
average of .6 showings of your site for each site appearing on your computer screen.
However, an upgrade costing only about $1.34 per month will give you one viewing of
your site for every site seen on your computer. This radically increases your advertisingl.

STEP EIGHT: I recommend that you click HERE to download a free counter, to record
the number of hits your site receives.

1. In fairness to those offering sites on the various programs, please monitor all programs
on your machine by clicking each tab in turn every few minutes. This will ensure that you
see as many sites as possible while the machine is running.

2. It is best not to do too much background work while your traffic machine is minimized.
Instead, open another tab and enter the URL you desire into the Firefox address bar.

By clicking on this tab, you can explore the selected website without interrupting your auto surfing.

3. Turn off your speakers when running the machine because many sites have audio
streams incorporated in them.

4. You will need to keep your eye on the machine as it runs because some sites generate
popups that can gum up the works. If you see a popup just cancel it. Should you notice the
words "Cannot find server" in one of the windows, highlight the window and click the "back"
arrow. This will usually restore the affected site.
